Strategic Business Planning

If you want your business to thrive, strategic business planning is a must.

Here’s my planning checklist in case it sparks one or two new actionable ideas for you:

  • Clear Collection Points
  • Review & Update Business Criteria
  • Ask, “Where is my greatest opportunity over the next 90 days?”
  • Settle on “The One Thing” for your 90 Day Plan; Write THE LIST including:
  • Update Reading List
  • Improve productivity through better organization
  • Review Core Values and Vision
  • Complete SWOT Exercise
  • Set Priorities for the Quarter
  • Update “SMART” goals
  • Tweak High Value Processes
  • Update Business Plan
  • Review and update Leadsource ROI Report
  • Update Publishing Calendar

Not all will get done, but for me at least, I find it helps to review it, pick priorities.

I hope you will find some use in this checklist for your periodic strategic business planning.
