We just got a little carried away with all the bright shiny tech tools, and let them get in the way of building real relationships with our customers.

Which, of course, is the only way to have a real business that will not only survive but thrive.

So how can you get ahead of this curve?

I’m not saying ditch the tech. Far from it.

You just need to use today’s tech to build value in your customers by enhancing their experience with it.

Bad software is everywhere — It drives me nuts (when I let it…)

But that’s your advantage.

Just put yourself in your prospect’s shoes.

Go through every step of their journey to a sale with you and see how it feels.

Wherever you can, bring them into the conversation — whether with you directly, or with your sales team.

Build funnels that drive conversations and you win.
