3 Innovative Business Strategies to Grow Your Profits & Impact

3 Innovative Business Strategies to Grow Your Profits & Impact

If you’re open to some really innovative business strategies you can use to grow your profits, read on.

At the online event “Your Business: A Radically New Enterprise”, hosted by Entrepreneurs of Success founder Sara Khoudary, visionary entrepreneur Yanik Silver, author of the book Evolved Enterprise, dropped some major “wisdom bombs” for attendees.

Here’s the scoop:

Big Idea #1: It’s OK to have fun growing your business.

We take ourselves SO seriously sometimes…

Relax. Get centered. Go with your gut.

Journal your thoughts.

And here’s a weird one:

As you’re writing, ask a question with your dominant writing hand.

Then answer it with your non-dominant hand.

The answers may surprise you!

Really great athletes perform best when they’re relaxed.

Same with growing a business.

So give yourself permission to play — make it a game.

Big Idea #2: Get really clear on the vision you have for your business.

2020 is a benchmark year, so it’s the perfect time to put a little extra effort into gaining that clarity.

Yanik recommends creating a “Vivid Vision” for your business — a four to five page statement written in the present tense, showing where you want your business to be in three years.

You can find more on this in the book Vivid Vision by Cameron Herold, former COO of the wildly successful startup, 1-800-Got-Junk?.

He maintains, if you don’t have a clear idea of where you want to be heading, opportunities will pull you away from what you should be doing.

So having that clear vision is crucial to your success.

And finally (for now — there were LOTS more!),

Big Idea #3:”The best people always know the best people.”

Get creative with referral rewards.

For instance, Yanik held a drawing for his Maverick 1000 group of evolved entrepreneurs and the winner got to see their company name in lights on Time Square.

So, what ELSE could you do to incentivize referrals from your best customers?

How about an exclusive VIP “velvet rope” experience… Or provide such great value, they can’t help but refer you… Or simply ask for a referral.

So there you have it, three big ideas you can use to “make a dent” in 2020 and beyond.
